About US

SCC Ltd started as a group of affordable housing enthusiasts in 2005 who were working with an NGO to improve the living standards of its clients.

We have since met planned and worked with Habitat for Humanity before their departure from Ghana, the Department of Rural Housing, and improved local building materials and affordable housing.

SCC Ltd was incorporated in 2013 as a limited liability company with a class C3 construction license.

We have since been engaged in the production of compressed earth bricks and building two-bedroom affordable houses using conventional building methods.

We are focusing our attention on mass social infrastructural development by increasing the production and use of improved local building materials for our projects in Africa. The keyword is affordability and style not only for individuals but for organizations, institutions, and governments.

Vision.

Building 1 million modern affordable housing units, 100 health facilities,200 schools, 500 churches, and 500 other structures across Africa, using improved local building materials and expertise by 2045.

To develop affordable social infrastructure in Africa to improve the living standard of beneficiaries, customers, clients and Africans made up of communities, organizations, institutions, and governments.
